money was taken out of my acct on 8/8/2008 for 121 dollars for a comupter i did not authorize this transaction to be taken out at that time. i was told i could not get my money back they said i could only get store credit so i ordered a Product: Brother IntelliFAX 885MC - Fax / copier ( B/W ) - 100 sheets - 14.4 Kbps i sent in a money order for 11.45 cent to have it shipped to me after one month i called back and inquired about the money order i was told it was being processed and it would be sent out after processing i called a month an a half later i'm told the same thing that it's being processed i called back several times and was told the same thing i called on 3/18/2008 and spoke to maritza and was told that my order i still being processed i asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. i called back and spoke to a rep name joe and was told my fax/copier will be sent out to me shortly he would not give me a date.
