My husband signed in for their services after they called us late night 3 months ago. They promised they will make the website for us, at the same time showing us how to do it until we launch our website and will make us a success story in Connecticut. We found out later that it is a virtual class and we have to do our own website, which we can do with another company. Even the virtual class is very hard to follow through. It is very fast, and you are muted so there is no way you can ask question on the spot. No live chat to address our problems too. Just e-mail and we tried to e-mail, we never got answered. We called them several times, nobody answers, just a message machine. Took them several days each time before we got answer. We got too frustated with them, we cancelled and they never return our money back. They were blaming their incompetence to secretary mistake, a staff misrepresentation, a system crash, that we had 2 accounts with them which caused the confusion...bottomline is they really are unreliable and incompetent. Beware of PMI. Please publish this to warn other people who wants to have a website...
