Website advertised roses in a glass vase with small box of chocolates for $29.99. When I agreed, it said can deliver tomorrow for $4.99 - so I said yes...bill total came to Over $70!
They didn't bother to tell you up front that there is a shipping charge of $9.99, another $9.99 for the vase and $$ for handling! TOTAL BAT AND SWITCH!
I called and immediately canceled the order!
I will never use PROFLOWERS AGAIN!!!
