I canceled my insurance with this company on the 15th of Aug. On the first of Sept. They deducted an amount out of my checking account. I called my former agent and she faxed the papers to them again. After she faxed them for the third time, they finally canceled the policy and refunded half of my money. They should not be allowed to get away with this sort of thing!!!
