I had purchased a warranty with prolong plus i had pay 2500-3000 dollars for this warranty on our van and we just payed it all off when our transimission went out so i am trying to get everything done to get it fixed after faxing in our oil changes for every 6000 miles and our transmission flush they told me our documentation does not add up that we were suppose to have the flush done after 6 months we had done at 7 months my husband was getting ready to deploy to iraq for the second time and i was way prego i kept up on the oil but time wise and finacialy we could not afford the flush i was not informed that it had to be done withing 6 months til now this company is horrible i could not believe they are not welling to help out there costumers
