nice dress
i got this as my reception dress.the material and quality of the fabric is beautiful! the beads on the waistline is a nice pearl-like bead.My dress is about 2 inches too short which is most likely my measuring fault.i'm getting the train cut off and add that material up front.i bought my wedding ball gown, 3 bridesmaids dresses, and this reception dress and i'm very happy with website!!http://www.iudress.com

Stay away
I highly dislike that my daughter ordered her prom dress on line. An 18 year old should not be allowed to. She thought the dress was perfect BUT it was immodest when on and too short (there are NO length measurement guidelines) so she returned it... already facing a restocking fee and the only refund is store credit. So we have over $100 is store credit and only this prom to attend.
Why can't they issue refunds like every other on-line store? Shame on her for falling for this.

Buyer beware
BUYER BEWARE! Poor experience. I do not recommend purchasing any product from PromGirl.com. There are too many other reputable retailers available. I purchased a $367 prom dress for my daughter and need to return the dress for another size. Problem, I have to pay for return freight. I have to pay for restocking fee. For all practical purposes I am restricted from shopping for a replacement with anyone else because Promgirl.com does not offer refund. An old phrase comes to mind, 'Salt in the Wound."
Most reputable online retailers will not charge you a restocking. Most reputable online retailers will include the return shipping. Most reputable online retailers will offer a refund within a certain time frame.
I accept the responsibility for not playing my role of "Buyer Beware." I should have read the fine print. Shame on you PromGirl.com. I will not conduct business with you again. I will communicate my poor shopping experience with as many people that I can.
