My company recently finished a 5 month ordeal with National Pen Company.

The long and short of it is, after taking over a week to order a couple items (and never ok'ing anything), we decided to cancel the order.

2 months later we start receiving collections notices from them. No products were ever received by us. The harassment got so bad (had a month long back-and-forth with various customer service reps) that we, very reluctantly, sent them a check so we could get back to some level of normalcy.

Then, they continued trying to collect AFTER we received the canceled check! Then they start harassing us for an additional $101.27! Crazy!
