This company, Property Tax Reassessment, address: P O Box 25519 Los Angeles CA 90025, stated that they provide service that can reduce my property tax and if there is no reduction service fee will be IMMEDIATELY refunded. I paid them $179 on Feb 4, 2009 for the service but I have to pay my full property tax in Apr 09. Now four months after the service proved to be invalid, I still have no refund.
I called them and the staff told me to mail them a letter with supporting document. I did but the mail was returned by USPS.
