Service provided by Prospectmatch fell short of the guaranty of accurate infomation. Credit for bogus contacts were not made. As soon as service was challenged, access to website for solutions or requests for credit was eliminated. Email has been spammed allowing Prospectmatch to charge for ongoing bogus requests for information on an ongoing bases with Prospectmatch not taking any responsibility for this happening. Furthermore, they will do nothing to void charges to credit card for bogus contacts. Information has been inaccurate, out of date, and unverifiable. Prospectmatch has alleged that contacts were bonfide when having been made by persons not able to make the request (e.g. hospital bound or not able to access a computer), and, in most cases, unverifiable in any way as being a real person with a real request for information. Where persons have been iddentified and contacted, no request had been made and information allegedly provided was years out of date. Threats of legal action have been made against me by those allegedly having requested information. Accusations have been made bv those alleged contacts that included everything from identity theft to failing to follow the "do not call list."
