This company does not deliver what they preach. I have a client that had an expiration of an appraisal contingency, in which I needed an appraisal by a specific date and appraiser loft acknowledged the date that I needed this appraisal by. Due to the fact that my client has a potential risk of losing his deposit. They stated they were going to send this appraisal on the 11th and I still do not have this appraisal.
