Placed order on 10/5/08. On 10/13/08 company said order was shipped. Was then notified order would ship on 10/17/08 and would take 7-10 business days to receive. Canceled order on 10/16/08. Company then told me order had shipped on 10/16 and I would be charged 15% restocking fee to return product. No return policy is stated on their web site. I returned product unopened upon receiving it and notified company of return.

Never received a response nor any credit whatsoever from company. Filed dispute with my credit card. Prostate Rx had 30 days to respond. They never responded. My credit card issued me a full credit. Bottom line: Prostate Rx has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never gave me a credit as promised when I returned the product unopened. Worst experience with a company I've ever had. Buyer beware!
