I went to see attorney mullhofer for a legal problem and he told me to get a new LLc . I paid him $200 and later another $1500. Turns out he knows nothing about taxes and sent me to his accountant who was not helpful. The Delaware llc i could have got at legal zoom.com for $129. He never returned my phone calls. He only makes you pay for worthless papers and does not even help you with anything.
