	Venture IQ December 10, 2010 Fraud, Negligence, and Breach of Duty Litigation I am very sorry about this state of affairs with Fotiadis and ProtoGroup. The man seems unable to be truthful about the company's product and prospects. This is one of the saddest situations for any start-up I have experienced. I'm afraid that all the money raised by the company and Mr. Fotiadis is down the toilet.
