I called this company before to trail deadline on 8/22/07 at 2pm, the telephone staff person assured me that both memberships would be cancelled at no charge to me,on 8/24/07,my bank account is overdrawn due this 19.95 charge by 10.07 with a overdraft charge to be assessed on 8/27/07. I told the person on the company phone i am disabled and could not afford this right now, but now i have this overdraft over my head and it is causing my illness to get worse!please please please send the 19.95 back to my account today or be ready to pay my late charges for each day i am over 10.07 due to your mistake!
