I was in a rebate program called "Glamour in You" endorsed by Frederick's of Hollywood and managed by Provell Inc. The rebates were very good until Provell cancelled my membership and lied and said that I called and cancelled myself! With no recorded proof of this cancellation, they jipped me out of my last 2 rebates before my membership expired which totaled a little less than $100. I called twice with unfriendly customer service representatives and no resolution. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Provell stuck to their claim instead of satisfying the customer giving me the rebate-which is a small amount for them, and apologizing (I even offered to renew my membership for another year), they did not cooperate which made me even more angry. I will accept any more of their offers or services.
