I have tried numerous of times resolving this issue with providian finacial and also third party's this debt was turned over to, the problem is the credit card was stolen and I had canceled it soon after. I thou this was settled as I was told. A few years later I came to find out that my account was still being used by a unknown individual, . I still havent been given any data/information on the transactions and I still haven't been able to clear my self from this fraudulent account at the moment the account even thou more than six years old they have gone as far as ganishing my wages, this is the type of situation that makes individuals not ever want a credit card or trust banks, .. the sad part was they would even help me settle .
