I paid $2000.00 on August 14 2009, to Prozinski and Ass. to help with my loan mod. As of today I do not have a loan modification. I did however get an email today stating that they are going out of business and unfornately they are unable to return any of my money. I realized something was very wrong back in October when it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. I would email and call almost daily. I ended up contacting my bank myself and have sent all the necessary paperwork to start my loan mod. I am very upset. I had also referred friends and family to Prozinski thinking they could help, but that company is total fraud. I hope to recover some of my money that I paid. It couldnt have happened at a worse time, my husband out of work, behind on our house payments, and scammed out of $2000.00
