PTS AUDIO in Toledo Ohio are thieves, I send my Tascam porta Studio Digital recorder to them to be fixed by a Bernie Greenberg and I was told it would take 2 weeks to fix the pushed in stop button on my unit. 4 MONTHS later and They still haven't fixed it and they claim that they can't get the part from Tascam to fix it and the part is sold out. I said fine just give me my Recorder back and my money and I'll take my business elsewhere, He has the nerve to tell me that he can only give a in store credit to fix something in the future but no cash back, when he couldn't fix the first thing I bring to him and he tells me that he expects to keep 73 dollars of my money for doing nothing!!
