The owner of this company (I won't name him here) believes that publicly embarassing his employees is normal. The rules in his company were outrageous - for example, you couldn't speak about negatives or problems out loud (because he was scared you would "nag out" the rest of his employees). He used to actually yell at his staff - in front of the office!!! To this day, I am shocked that this man - Aearon - is still running a company and has not been shut down yet. He has absolutely no knowledge of Human Resource tactics, rules or regulations. I quit, as I had no intention, of getting embarassed, "reamed-out", while going door-to-door, working on 100% commission (without benefits, expenses paid, and working from 8am till 8pm) - No thanks! I now do sales (as I love selling) and I'm getting paid salary plus comissions, get full benefits, my expenses are covered, finish at 5pm and my boss is amazing!!
