I made a purchase from via the above company in the hope of tracing relations in Australia, but upon rexceiving the download, it appears it only covers America. I emailed them by return having paid the joining fee, informing them that it their product was not as it was advertised, and to cancel my application, and return the joining fee of £34.46 to my Barclaycard account immediately - as I had no relations in America. So far I have heard nothing from them, and I require the amount paid to be returned to my account as quick as they managed to extract it.
