I renewed my subscription to Outdoor Photographer for two years and paid $39.95, through Publisher's Billing Exchange. Outdoor Photographer never got the renewal, I sent them a copy of the cancelled check, both front and back. I still did not get credit for my renewal. If I try to call Publisher's Billing Exchange, there is no way to talk to anyone. This company is a scam and should be prosecuted.
