never ordered the magazine for which i received billing notice - magazine is American Art Review

Failure to deliver
Publishers Exch billed me for renewal of Fishing & Hunting News and cashed the check but I have not been receiving the magazine. Numerous efforts to call them have been stymied by a "call back later" message.
