I ordered a pendant and earrings set on sept 17, 2009 for $15.96 plus tax $3.28 total $19.24 and it came in the mail the pendant has chips in the stone and the earrings also had a flaw not very well made. So I would either like a new set sent out with no chips or flaws and I would like a pre paid label or box to send it back I feel I should not have to pay for shipping and handling or if I cannot get a better set then whar I recieved then credit my account and I will look to buy something at a store see this is a gift for my mother in law.
