Gene Eddleman built a new home for us and within 6 months the roof began to leak and mold because it was built without any ventilation. We requested it be repaired for 4 months and finally took on the task of hiring someone to repair it before it got too bad. It cost us about $5,ooo and he gave us $2,000. He has been fighting with us through the Arkansas contractors licensing board ever since to avoid paying for his mistake.
