I was asked to be a sub contractor on behalf of pullans construction ltd.To supplly, make.fit, and paint 4 juliet balconies 1 security gate and also alteration work due to change of spec.All work was completed on time and to the spec required.All work when completed was inspected by site manager and signed off by him.On august 12 i should of been paid in full, todays date is 30/11/08 and still havent been paid.
