On the 25 of February 2011 I finally responded to an e-mail stating that hotmail was going to cancel my service if I did not give all my detils for updating and this included my password. My e-mail address: [email protected] and my password:ganesha1. Well now I cannot get into my own e-mail account because the person has changed the password. What surprises me is now I am trying to change the passwoed to this e-mail account but am asked to answer a question - the answer I have already forgotten years ago. How did the hacker manage to change the password so easily and yet I cannot. The hacker has asked for money from all my contacts. Please help me I want my e-mail back and want to create a new password.
