Their shipper you are paying is someone in Miami Florida, they state they are located in North Dakota. You also can only pay through moneygram AT A LOCATION not online!! this is because you can't use your moneygram account you have to go and set up a security question and answer for the transfer of funds, so whoever you think you are sending the money to is not actually the person receiving it, and only has to give the correct answer to your security question and no valid identification...thus getting your money and leaving you standing at the airport waiting to receive you purchase and it never arriving!!!
