I had a consultation for photofacial and peeling on my arms, hands, and chest area. I was told by Dr. Zack that I was a good candidate for this procedure, the procedure consisted of 5 sessions each of the photofacial and the peel. Nothing worked, this totaled $2995.00, I wrote them a letter way back in Nov, but did not get a response.this is a total scam, I'm trying to get my refund, this is a total misrepesentation of their product. I want this company out of business.I'm in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and also considering small claims. This all happened in July 2008 and ended around Nov. The procedures were done every 2 or more weeks.
