Ordered a "free sample", supposedly paying only shipping. Then fould our that I had 14 days from original ship date to cancel or would be charged $78.81 and get another charge each month for 78.81. There were no obvious statements when placing trial sample that this was an on-going program. When I called today to complain and cancel I was first told I could get a $20.00 discount when I said I just wanted to cancel I was told I could get a $40.00 discount. When I insisted I wanted to cancel I finally got a RMA number. I'll keep you posted... PS. I thought I was pretty careful but fell into the trap of trusting a link from a respected source, my local TV Station web site. This is another lesson on how important it is to READ the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before placing any online orders... no matter how painful it sounds.
