I only have my cell phone number to give you. I have Alltel and used to live in Virginia. that is my genuine phone number for my complaint form.

I ordered their Acai berry product but the first trial bottle was only authorized for delivery charges of $4.99 on 11/15/08...I never authorized anymore product from them...but my credit card was charged on 11/29/08 for $78.81...AND I never received any product for that anyway...

This is truly deceitful and highway robbery...
I want my money back...I've disputed the $78.81 with my credit card company. Both phone numbers I have either the voice mail is full and you can't leave any message or there's a constant busy signal for teh 304-534-1052 number...

I ordered the trial bottle of pure acai berry for 4.99 well I was charged 78, 88 the very same day the product arrived. I never even got my 2 week trial. I tried to contact them by phone and email no response. Finally on Nov.26th I reached a guy named Fred He gave me a number and told me if I sent the product back by that day with a number he gave me I would be refunded. I have yet to get a refund or any type of response. I spoke to the bank and were filing a complaint. I just want my money back. Due to them taking that money out, it put me in 3 overdrafts and I am on a limited income.If there are any lawsuits filed I would love to know.

I ordered a free trial of the Pure Acai Berry and agreed to the shipping and handling and found out that I was charged 78.81 before the 14 free day trail was over. I have tried calling them and the number keeps ringing busy and when I tried another number was advised to cancel by email. I did along with my order number and no one will get back with me so I can get the RMA # to send the product back. My credit card company has suggested we first try the dispute and submit all the paperwork and emails that I have sent showing dates and time and that I have done everything right to rememdy this fiasco. Shame on Oprah for condoning this product. Has any one trying to reach her web site to see what her thougts are on this! Maybe I will. This is the worse sham I have been catch in.

I followed all directions to return product explicitly; I have not received the required and duly requested rma form. I have been trying to contact the company since (1) day after the product was ordered and can get no response.
