received item not ordered, unable to cancel would like a credit
i tried the free trial of pure acai berry, and that is all i asked for not to be charged and shipped 2 more bottles. the charge on my account was $74.76 each. x2 = $149.52. any thing i receive from now on will be returned.
please advise thanks

did not order product
I ordered a sample for free i received the sample and 15 days later received acaiberry and pure colon 1000. Iwas charged 78 dollars per bottle. I had never ordered further product.I want the 78 dollars x2 removed from my bank card. this is a scam.

unarthorized charges
Ordered free sample, when received no info included of any kind. Have since received 2 unauthorized bottles, neither had any info of any kind enclosed. Sample billed on credit card under one name the others under another name with different phone numbers one in Colorado, the other in Florida. Took awhile to figure out who these people were. Can't believe a company can get away with such deceptive business pratices with no information on how to locate them to cancel.

unordered merchandise
I ordered a free sample of Pure Acai Barry and agreed to pay for shipping and handling only. I received my order, surprised that it was a 30 day supply, but I could only assume that was the size of their free sample. Today I recieved an e-mail telling me that my order for their cleanse product had been shipped. I never ordered this and do not intend to pay for it. Then I checked my bank account and discovered a debit payment to TE Performance Health on Oct. 15 in the amount of $79.76 which I never authorized. I will call my bank and ask them to cancel any charges to T.E. Performance Health, with the exception of the shipping and handling charge, which I did approve.

Do not want.
CANNOT USE THE PRODUCT...IT HAS GREEN TEA IN IT...THEY KEEP SENDING ME THE PRODUCT WHICH I CANCELLED SEVERAL MOUNTHS AGO. I'M GETTING CHARGED FOR THE SHIPPING $ 5.87 EACH MONTH FOR SOMETHING I SO NOT WANT...AND CANNOT TAKE. THANKS, CHRISY.

Unauthorized charges on my VISA
I ordered a FREE supply of the berries and was ONLY told to paid shipping and handling in August. Since then I've received charges monthly of $74.98 and a separate charge of $5.87 every month since. I DON'T WANT THIS PRODUCT. I DIDN'T ORDER EVERY MORE FOR A REASON. I DON'T WANT THIS PRODUCT. STOP BILLING MY VISA AND REFUND ALL MY MONEY!!!. I have already reported you to the BEtter Business Bureau in your area. Next I think I'll call my friends at NBS. I think the news programs would love to hear about this scam of taking peoples money and not having any way for them to speak to anyone in their "customer support" phone line. Everything about your company is a lie. SHAME ON YOU. So far, because I'm sure you won't pay any attention to this e-mail, I've stolen $166.13 from me. Let's see how far this takes me!

CANNOT CANCEL MEMBERSHIP!
I ordered a free trial of Pure Acai Berry. When I received I thought it was odd how there was no number for customer service or even a receipt. The product made me sick with an upset stomach with sharp pains. I decided to cancel only thing is I cannot find them or their website. Also there is no number and I cant find them. I cannot beleive people would do this please if anyone knows what to do. Help me I dont want to pay for a product that makes me sick!!!

I did post a complaint. I ordered a 5 day sample and the charged another $79. I called my bank, My bank was able to refund my money.

Hundreds of Dollars debited from my ckg account
I responded to an e-mail for a FREE trial offer of Acai Berries for $5.00 s&h charges. It's been a nightmare ever since. I keep getting bottles of the product in the mail, which I keep returning. I have written demanding they cease and stop debiting my account. I have called the number which is simply a recording referring callers to this website. To date they have taken about $400.00 from my account for this FREE sample. Please help!

Fraud
This company is a scam. They won't refund even you follow their guidelines. I have reported them to the FBI and they are interested in following up. My bank is planning on suing for fraud also.
