ordered Trail for 4.95 now am being charged 74.76
I ordered their 4.95 10 day sample, no idication of having to do anything unless I wanted to continue on the herb. Now I am getting a charge for 74.76 charge each month with no product coming to my house. Their web site says the continuing shipments are 19.99. They will not give me my money back.
This is a SCAM

Cannot contact company
Cannot reach anyone to talk to. They billed me $74.96 on my credit card. I sent the pills back. There is always a recording with a 45 minute wait. They tell you to go on the internet to gohelpnow.com I have registered two complaints and nothing has happened.

Unauthorized delivery of product
I answered an advertisement for a free trial bottle of Acai Berry Supplements. Next thing I know, I get in the mail a large bottle of the same item, which I did not authorize. This is pure fraud!

SENDING ME A PRODUCT I DID NOT ORDER THEN CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD WITH OUT MY AUTHORIZATION
ordered a free sample to try and recieved. then i recieved another bottle immediately and was charged without my consent. this is fraud, fleecing and stealing, these people need to be accountable, just as if they waked into wal-mart and shop lifted, they need to be shut down and go to jail. this is not buyer be where or business, this is fraud and illeagal. tina howard

Withdrawal from checking account
I asked for the first sample of Acai Berry and after waiting for 2 weeks when it should have been shipped within 48 hours as they said, instead I received the $4.95 sample within 1-1/2 weeks; finding a full package in my mailbox in less than a week which was charged to my American Express card, when this company did not have my authorization to withdraw any funds because I had not informed them that I even wanted a product which I did not have time to evaluate. I need them to stop taking money out of my American Express card. Acai Berry is scamming people without their authorization, and it is disgusting.

not able to cancel
When I requested a sample for $4.95 there was no indication that I would be receiving a bottle of this product monthly for a $74.00+. The charge was made to my credit card with absolutely no contact information sent with the product making it extremely difficult to return. Return must be made within 30 days of requesting the sample. I am not able to return an unopened bottle I just received. SCAM!
