I ordered a sample of the Pure Acai Berry and they started sending me a 30 day supply and charging me for it without me ordering it. I was not given any information about signing up or canceling for that matter. No phone number or anything! This is a scam and I am very upset!!!

This product is a rip off. You agree to the trail product for $4.99 only.
Two weeks later they charge you $78.81 on your credit card. I spoke with Shawn Wilson-?, English was not his first language. I was told I had to cancel the subscription in order to not be charged for further shipments, no this was a trail product only. I did not agree to further shipments. I did not receive a second shipment, as he stated. I was told I would be credited $40.00, I won't hold my breath for that $40.00

I ordered Pure Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse online on Feb 23, 2009 and I still haven't recieved product on March 4. The Free Trial period to try the product is for 14 days FROM DATE OF ORDER, & I still don't have it 10 days after ordering! It's taken 45 minutes waiting on a call to their International Call Center, and I was unable to cancel the order since I haven't recieved it yet! I spoke to Alex (FINALLY) and he SAID I could have an additional 14 days since I haven't recieved the product to decide if I want to keep it.

I ordered the Acai Berry pill on 2/6/09 and then read all this informatino online about how it was such a scam and so I cancelled my order on 2/14/09 within my trial period and am still fighting with them for my refund of $78.81. This is a total scam and they need to be stopped!! I have been flat out lied to by representatives with Advanced Wellness Research, Inc. I have definately learned my lesson and will never do this again! I spoke with 2 different reps on 2/14/09 to confirm my order had been cancelled and was told I would have no charges. They both confirmed this. On 2/23/09 I noticed a charge on my credit card of $78.81. I called and spoke with a third rep and was told he did not know how this happened and I would see a refund on my account within 2-3 business days. I then asked to speak with a supervisor which I did and he had no answers for me and told me I would be seeing a refund within 3-5 business days. As of today, 3/3/09, I have no refund. I just got off the phone with a 6th rep with that company and he gave me a cancellation number and a transaction number and I should see a refund within 5 business days. He could not give me an answer as to why it hadn't already happened. We'll see!! I informed him that I would be contacting the Attorney General's Office. Something has got to be done with this company!! I feel like such a sucker!!

we ordered the free trial and paid for shipping and handling. on 2-21-2009 we recieved and second bottle. and are being billed. i called and talked to a party that i couldn't understand. when asked for a supervisor, he refused. he claimed that we were passed the 30 day period which ended on the 2-12-2009. i told him to cancel my account and again said something that i couldn't understand. i trie to contact the company at their web site but i was refused entery to the site. i just wasnt to close my account and return the unused bottle and get a refund.
