I ordered the free sample bottle pay shipping only. I received a bottle of Pure Acai Berry 1200 mg. It didn't really DO anything for me so I chose not to reorder. Lo and Behold, I just received another bottle. This time it was Pure Acai Berry 750 mg of Proprietary Blend, so that is not pure and it was the old Bait and Switch scam. The shipping receipt didn't have a price on it. I thought it was a mistake.

I called and they said in the terms and conditions I signed up to receive a monthly supply.
I told them NO do not send me any more, do not charge my account. Now mind you I'm a bit 'postal' by now.

I called my credit card company to alert them of the fraud. They put in a fraud alert and will be taking that amount off my account. I went ahead and close out that credit card account.

I then contacted Attorney General Lawrence Wasden of Idaho and told him about the fraud, I am sending him my bottles and shipping receipt to compare and hopefully get a case against this company.

On my credit card, there was a charge for the $4.99 for the "free" bottle, then about 10 days later there was a charge for $83.80 from this same company for the second bottle of substandard product. Be ware People

I applied for what was advertised as a free trail offer of a dietary supplement to be delivered for price of shipping and handling. To my surprise I was debited $78 dollars fourteen days later for the one month supply. The free trail offer unscrupulously becomes a subscription to a monthly supply of this supplement.

After placing my "free" order for the 14-day Trial Offer, being billed only $4.95 for the shipping and handling, I heard the end of a news report about a scam that is not allowing cancellations, & charging the consumer the full price of the product on day 15, & every month thereafter. I tried six (6) times to get through at the number 866-964-1011, & finally, today I got through, after I waited about 10 minutes!
Whoever was on the other end thought this was a big joke; she spoke as though she did not know English, then gave the phone to a male who mumbled, laughed, sang, spoke in a language that he may have made up, while I kept asking to speak with someone who spoke English because I wanted to cancel my order. I am going to my bank to alert them of this, & I am also calling my local news stations to see if they can get involved.

I wish I never ordered the trial. I called and cancelled this on the day that I received the free product once I found out how much the cost was. I drink MONAVIE and this is a much better deal and more acai antioxidants than this pill does so with what the pill is charging, it definately is not worth it. Even though I called and cancelled, they still billed my credit card. And then when I called 866-484-2863 as listed on my credit card statement, the number is disconnected. Luckily for me my credit card company has credited the amount and they will fight with this company. Everyone, this is the main reason that you never use a debit credit card, the banks dont always fight for your money. A bad experience with a positive out come. Oh, and remember, free trials are never free

I am such a dummy. I saw Rachael Ray(i thought) endorsement and thought I would give a try. Yes! I have been over charged $87.13 and also 4.99 again . What a shame that companies have to rip people off like this.
