I clicked on the button to order the 14 day Free Trial Pure Acai Berry. But before I completed the entire form I changed my mind because I noticed the fine print at the bottom that a 30 day supply was $78+ dollars which I knew was going to be more than I wanted to pay even if it worked. So I cancelled out of the page and did not complete the order.

But apparently, the company was able to get enough information from my partially filled out order form to find me. I guess I had put my cell phone number on the form or in some other way they were able to look that up.

Anyway, I have had 3 different long distance phone numbers call me 10+ times attempting to get me to get the free trial. I only answered 3 times out of the 10 and the 2nd and 3rd time I told them NOT TO CALL ME AGAIN. Of course the phone sales persons are all foreign and probably can't understand me ---- I can barely understand them. Time will tell if they got the message.

I will NEVER buy anyting from a company with this kind of sales practices.

Unauthorized Billing!!! Ordered sample and then next thing I know there is a $78, 81 charge. Did not order product and did not approve any such charge. Said they would not refund my money! This is not right!!!
What can I do at this point? I just want my money back!!!

I have experienced the same problems with this company that others are complaining about on this site. The "free trial" where I was only to pay shipping -- no strings attached -- turned into being charged $79 for this little bottle each month. I don't remember reading anywhere that this was the deal. Like others, when I tried calling the company to cancel, a man who spoke very fast and poor English quickly told me that I could not cancel at this time and that I'd have to call back "some other time". I then called my credit card company and filed this as a disputed charge, as there seemed to be no way out. The woman working in the dispute department said that lately half of her job has been dealing with people who have disputes with companies peddling the Acai Berry.

Before trying this product, I would recommend googling the company and researching whether or not the company you will be doing business with is legitimate. Don't be like me and learn the hard way.

I too had a very difficult time with customer service. Based in India. Representatives names were., "Jack", "Ryan"...yeah right. I was told there were problems with computer systems by 3 different people and to call back in 24 hr. I was persistant with calling, the more I read about the fraudulent activity of the company. I tried a 4th call tonight and got though by pressing #2 option. Got me right to a rep. I was upfront with him, firm but remained kind in my tone. After several attempts to keep me using product, he got the message. I told him I had already been charged 78.81 and will pay this one time and want my order cancelled. Stat! He cancelled my order and said he would refund my debit card 40.00. He would not give me a confirmation number to cancel, his reasoning was because I ordered "on-line". He assured me my account was closed. I will call the bank tomorrow just to stop payment on any future draws until I am certain it is cancelled.

The web site advertised a Free Trial. Unfortunately it was not free, and ended up in a completely unwanted monthly subscription to product that we did not even liked. It is a scam. Don't order it. It is not free, unless you cancel within a ridiculously short period. It actually becomes a monthly subscription.

Then you have to talk to some poor fellow in India who you can barely understand.
I am sure there was nicely worded fine print that explained everything, but I feel the intend of the free trial was undermined and never honored.

All around a very bad experience.
