I ordered a free sample of Pure Acia Berry and was bill for shipping.on 1/28/09. Then they sent me another bottle that I did not order and charged my credit card on 2/12/09 for $78.81. I returned it refused and signed my name on March 5th. I called them on 3/18/09 to cancel any more unwanted bottles and asked if they had received the bottle I returned and was told that they would not give me a credit on it because I hadn't called and cancelled the automatic shipments. I did not read anything about that when I placed my order or that I would not get a credit if I returned it refused. I also did not know that they charged 78.81 a bottle!! This is outrageous and needs to be stopped.
