I ordered a 14 day trial period sample as advertised on its website. It took three weeks for the product to arrive. While I was waiting for the product they put me on auto delivery and charged my card $96.35 without even giving me a chance to try the product. When I called the store they told me once sample is ordered customer is put on auto delivery and unless customer calls to cancel full bottle product will be shipped. This information conveniently is put under terms and condition instead of the front page so I was caught by surprise. To make matters worse, UPS did not deliver the product and when I called the store they did not want to deal with it so they asked me to deal with UPS. After nearly two months talking to UPS and the store, there has been no resolution. In my opinion resorting to such gimmick to sell products is unethical and underhanded. The customer should be informed of this at time of ordering the sample in a obvious way rather than putting this under terms and condition that no-one has the time to read.
