I have read many complaints on this product. The scam is exactly the same. I ordered some sample product, gave my credit card number for the shipping charge. A short time later my credit card was charged $149.95 and pills were sent to me that I did not order. I was able to speak to someone at Pure Energy Products and was told that I signed a contract. I DID NOT sign a contract. I was able to get my credit card company to reimburse the charges after I returned the product. Now there is a collection company after me for pills I did not order and I returned. How is this legal? How is this company getting away with this? Its definitely a scam.
