I agreed to pay for the postage of my free trial, nothing else to pay and i have seem to be charged nearly $100.00 australian dollars for this product which was suppose to a free trial sample.

I do not wish to receive any more of this product and do not wish to be charged for it either, i am happy to return this product for a full refund if this is the case, if i could be forwarded the address to where i can send this back for a full refund it would be muchly appreciated, until then i will notify my bank to not let any more payments be made by this company or its representatives.

I tried a free sample of your product Pure Lift. I then received four additional bottles at the an outrageous price!!! My credit card has been charged $308.84!!! I phoned your company and told them I was not happy with this situation and I wanted to return the 4 bottles and have my account credited. I spoke with Danae on Nov 5/09. She said that would be nop problem to simply mail the product back and my account would be credited!! I've checked my Acct and it has not been credited. I then phoned your company again today. The lady I spoke with said there was nothing she can do because I don't have a tracking #. I returned the four bottles in the envelope they came in. I have all the information that was on that envelope, #s address etc.
I demand that I get my money back for this product that I have returned!!!
Please contact me immediately, as I would prefer not to involve the courts.
