This site is an absolute SCAM...says FREE TRIAL RISK FREE...all you need to do is pay the shipping...I ordered a month ago and did not receive the shippment. I got my visa bill and SURPRISE they charged me $3.93 and then charged me $128.99 I called customer service and surprise surprise you can only talk to the rep and they are not able to assist with anything other than passing message along. 2 weeks ago they customer service rep said that I would be contacted by refund department within 2 days. I called today and got same response. THIS SITE IS A SCAM...do not order anything from them...Rip off. So my TRIAL RISK FREE which I haven't received has cost lots and they will not help...I wish I could figure out how to get my money back or be able to contact someone who could help...I would like to be able to put this directly on their site so no one else loses their money..
