Do NOT do any business with this company!!! They are a total scam! There is nothing free about their "free trial." In fact, they charged me $82.31 on the day I signed up for a free trial. I attempted to cancel my order online, which their site indicates is possible. However, it just generates an email indicating I needed to contact customer service to cancel. I spent over an hour waiting on hold for customer service. When I finally got a response. I was told I need to return their product (when it arrived at my address) within 15 days in order to get a refund (all at my own expense). I shipped the product back to their address. However, I was charged again the following month $78.36!! Of course, I never received any product in the mail, just another charge!! I contact customer service again and was told I needed to fax a receipt confirmation that I shipped the product back to them in order to get a refund. Fortunately, I saved my receipt and tracking information. This business is a SHAM and has cost me a lot of time and money. I have yet to receive a refund from them.
