I called for the product that was trial for 3.99 that when ordered, would dicount 2.99, so total would be .99. When I received the credit card statements. There was an unauthorized charge for the full 3.99 as another charge was applied for the amount of 149.95 which was not authorized. I keep calling. Been put on hold for long time, up to 30 minutes. Told to call back because their system was temporarily down and asked to talk to a supervisor, and she tried to have me keep the product, which I never purchased in the first place. I also had another purchase with the same circumstances, on another credit card. I can't understand why supervisor sounded exactly the same as the represenative I was talking to first. I said aren't you the same person and she refused to give me a straight answer and said by no means is she authorized to refund my money. She told me to go to website [email protected] to write my concerns. It's nothing but a complete run a round and I'm getting very dizzy! What channels do I have to go by to get this scam resolved. I never received the product either. I called to cancel everything on both accounts and expect a full refund on both seperate accounts.
