unauthorized payment
This is a fraudulent company that misrepresents its tactics by claiming that the customer is told that they will be charged nearly $80 per bottle but the trial states that it is free with the cost of shipping, which is $4.87. They are nearly impossible to get in touch with. They put you on hold for an eternity and refuse to accept product returns, much less refunds. I had to cancel my debit card and file a complaint at my bank, and I filed a complaint at my state's attorney general's office. They use Katie Couric's image on the product advertising to make it look legitimate. I can't believe I fell for it. Don't you!

unauthorized debit
I thought I was signing up for a free trial of the product and all I had to do was pay 4.87 for shipping. Since receiving the product, I have been charged 78.33 from my checking account monthly. I have tried to call and cancel and it took almost 30 minutes of being on hold to talk to someone and then when I described my complaint, they said I agreed to the high charges and I could not ship the product back.

I ordered the sample for the 4.99 shipping and agreed that I would be charged 79.00 after 4 weeks or so, if I liked the product, but what they do is hit your card with in three days of mailing the sample for the 79.00. I read about them right after I ordered the sample and found out about this scam, so I tried to call them and write them to tell them that i want it cancelled, but no answer and no reply to email. buyer beware,

WON'T STOP SENDING BOTTLES.
THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE ABOUT THIS COMPANY NOT STOPPING THE MAILING OF THEIR PRODUCT TO ME. I HAD CALLED THE NUMBER 1-888-289-8740 AND GOT A ANOTHER NUMBER 1877-478-6375. I CALLED THIS ONE AND NO ANSWER LIKE THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO CALLED IT. I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY CHECKING ACC AND MY BANK CARD NUMBER SO THEY CAN'T BILL ME FOR ANYMORE BOTTLES. ored free sample kept getting more at charged to my cridet card
I payed shipping &handing for a sample of pure colon1000.I kept getting a big bottle every month.I will get me a lawyer if you do not rfund my monies.

As of this date do not charge my credit card for another bottle of your product, I have'nt lost any weight after the trial bottle and the full bottle.So no more as of this date 11-21-08.

Don't charge my card
I ordered a sample purecolon1000 and if its 79.95 a bottle you can forget me. You better not charge my credit card without my permission. You will have a lawsuit that you wouldn't believe, I believe that is fraud or money by trick, anyway I'll own that company.
