Purity Cleaners in Sarasota, Florida ruined my son's silk tie. It appears to have been washed then ironed. They offered to fix their mistake, but the end result is worse! The tie is wrinkled and misshaped. Only someone without any quality control would send that tie back to the customer. I spoke to George at Purity Cleaners and he now says that it is the fault of the company and that I need to take it back to Macy's. That was not his position the first time he took it back. Of course, they will not reimburse me for the tie. Unfortunately, I sacrificed quality for convenience(delivery to your door). I have learned my lesson... the hard way!
