I ordered their product as a promotional free, pay shipping, on 4-4-08. I just received the package on 4-21-08 and they have charged my credit card with a 59.99 charge that I never authorized them to do, it put my account in the red and I was charged a 25.00 fee, I have been trying to get ahold of them and have had no luck, they are closed weird hours and then I never can get ahold of anyone to complain about this. I am a single mom and I cannot have people taking money out of my account and have my account deliquent of money when I have not authorized this. This company should be repremanded heavily, they are getting away with messing up people's accounts and lives for that matter.
