I made the mistake of responding to their TV ad. They sent me not only the intro bottle but another whole auto order ($119). That make me mad and I called and cancelled my membership, sent products back at my expense in the first week of November. Well, last week I noticed a charge in my checking account for the amount above and I emailed them. Their customer service was not good. Last night I received their auto shippment order via UPS for $119. Needless to say I was hot!

I called them and they told me that I would have to send the order back as "Unauthorized Package" and then they would credit my checking account which would take 7/10 days! So they get to use my money for 3/4 weeks! The person (Nancy) I talked to last night said she had just cancelled my account!!!#$$ They used my card without my authorization and I have to go through the trouble of finding an USP now.

By the way, there was no apology from this company.
