My wife went to this Purrfect Auto franchise location in Roseville, CA last month. She was quoted about $3, 400 for work on our car. She had it done. They did an average, at best, job. When I went to pick the car up, it was SCARY! The mechanics were obviously felons and covered in tatoos. Their attitudes were matching. I later had another shop look at the work they did and they told me I should not have paid more than $1800.
