qsl tender scam
QSL are putting people out of business and I am one of those people who are struggling to makes ends meet. I now have now an invoice for £695 for a service I never used only within the free trial period, never wanted, never could afford at those prices and who wasn’t fully aware of the terms and conditions – but because you ticked a box then you are bound. Please do something to help, there are countless web forums where people are in ruins over being taken for large sums of money from a service and company that doesn’t care about its customers. They just try catching people with the free trial and they using strong arm, threatening tactics to get their money back, it is a Scam. The governments needs to supports growing business and protect them from unscrupulous companies that can cripple new and existing business with these high charges that most people can’t afford. here is a facebook group with some people... http://www.facebook.com/groups/409586475252/

SCAM
I would like to warn people NOT to use QSL Tenders. I too have been billed £695 for a service of no use to us and one that I was not aware we would have to pay for. They falsely make you tick a box to say you agree to their terms & conditions, then send you an invoice if you don't cancel after the 'Free trial period'. They do this with no prior warning of when the free trial ends (unlike other internet services). There are so many complaints on the internet about this so-called 'company' that something should be done. I have contacted Trading Standards & Consumer Direct and think that other people need to inform Trading Standards too so that others will not fall into their trap.
We have no way of paying and no intentions of doing so either. I would urge others to contact the relevant bodies to inform them of their dubious way of working.

Good Company
I'm baffled as to these complaints regarding qsl.
I've been with them for nearly a month now and have been nothing but impressed - I've received several tender notices already and customer services was v helpful in finding plenty of tender categories for me.
I don't understand about all the complaining ?! I found the T & C's quite straight forward ?!? You sign up for a subscription with a 28 day opt out ! Is this not typical business practise !?!
I still have a few days remaining before I need to cancel, but you know what ...i don't think I will. All I can say folks is make your own mind up about them !

Scam
QSL tenders are pursuing payment for a service I cancelled and do not want (the tenders and type of tender are not what are suggested on sign up)...
If anyone has any useful information on how to make these odious people (incl. their pet debt collection company Gemini go away, better still be shown for what they are, please let me know... it is disgusting that people like this are conning small businesses out of their hard earned money...

Rip off
Signed up for free trial, forgot to cancel and was sent a bill for £695, despite having said the service wasn't right for our needs. We asked to cancel was told that would cost £205.

Anyway, took some advice and was told to make them an offer. After 10 minutes of being told "Our directors don't negotiate" they then said why not email us with an offer. Told then I'd pay £100 to get them off my back and lo and behold they accepted. A) Don't go near them with a barge pole. B) if you do, stick to your guns. Sod the directors, I suspect they are 2 people with no scruples working out of a lock up.

Half the time they can't be bothered answering the phone or returning messages.

Absolute scum!

Scam!!!
They are insisting I pay £650, when I wrote and cancelled. I tried talking to Natalie Marks, their credit controller who was extremely rude, cold and condesending. She did not listen to me and was quite intimadating. In the end I put the phone down and just cried. I jsut started this new company and don't need this stress. What can I do?

It is her word against mine. I sent the letter off after attempting to cancel online, but my eamail bounced back.
