I spoke with a person at the company who refused to give me his full name and told me there were no other employees at the business address and told me that the part worked and that the professional tech that I had come to home to use the part purchased did not know what he was doing. This "Shannon" person also told me that they do not refund and that I am out of luck they will not accept a return. The truth is the part does not work for the purpose intended and they did not tell me that before I purchased the product. They just wanted the money!
