They've been delaying with all sorts of issues..."oh we're having issues with the flash integrating with the this and the that".

I paid in full 3 months ago and have yet to see the first page of my site.

I guess that's what I get for paying up front.

Anyway, avoid these people at all costs, I'm now pursuing a refund.
